The service
3DRoom is a web service that turns your description or photos into an interactive 3D interior design with a furniture list, a socket and light plan, and versions. We keep improving the service and may change, add or remove features.
Accounts and guests
You can try the first design as a guest. To keep projects across devices you need an account with a valid e-mail. Keep your login private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload content you have no right to use, or content that is illegal or harmful;
- upload photos that show other people’s private or personal information;
- attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or bypass limits of your plan;
- use the service to build competing products from our output at scale, or resell access without a written agreement.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules.
Your content and your designs
You keep the rights to the photos and text you upload, and you own the designs generated for you. You give us a limited licence to store and process your content only to provide the service to you, and, if you publish a design to the gallery, to display it publicly. Furniture and brand names belong to their owners.
Furniture, links and third parties
Links lead to third-party stores. Prices, stock and product details are set by the stores and can change; we do not sell the products and are not responsible for those sites or for your purchases from them.
No warranty on dimensions and results
3DRoom is a planning aid. Designs are accurate to a few centimetres at best, and AI output can contain mistakes. Dimensions, layouts, socket and light plans are proposals, not construction drawings or engineering advice. Measure on site before you buy or build, and have wiring and structural work checked and carried out by qualified professionals. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
Plans, billing and refunds
The Free plan costs nothing. Pro and Studio are paid monthly plans that are opening soon; joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation. When billing is live:
- you can cancel at any time, and the plan runs until the end of the paid month;
- if you were charged by mistake or could not use the paid features because of our fault, write to us within 14 days and we will refund you;
- otherwise payments for a month already started are not refunded;
- your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Availability
We aim to keep 3DRoom available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Generation can take longer at busy times, especially on the Free plan.
Termination
You can stop using 3DRoom and delete your projects or your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breaking these terms. You can export your scenes as JSON before that on the Pro plan.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as furniture bought or work done on the basis of a design. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without taking away the mandatory consumer rights of the country where you live.
Changes and contact
