What we store
To run the service we store only what is needed to build and show your designs:
- Account e-mail and a hashed password (never the password itself), if you create an account.
- Photos and floor plans you upload.
- Your chat messages to the designer.
- The generated scenes: the room, furniture list, sockets, light and every version.
- Messages you send through the contact, demo and waitlist forms: name, e-mail, company, message, plan and language.
- Basic technical data: your IP address and server logs for security and abuse prevention.
How your data is processed
Processing happens on our servers. To generate a design, the text and images needed for your request are passed to our AI provider (Claude by Anthropic) and the result is stored in your project.
Your photos and messages are used to build your design. We do not use them for advertising, and we do not sell them.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the site needs to work:
- rf_sid — your session cookie: it keeps you logged in and protects forms against forgery.
- rf_guest — a random guest token: it lets you find the projects you made before signing up, on the same browser.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The site loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google’s font servers when a page opens.
We do not sell your data
We never sell your personal data or your designs. We share data only with the service providers that help us run 3DRoom (hosting and the AI provider above), and when the law requires it.
Public content
A design is private to you and to anyone you send its share link to. If you publish a design to the gallery, it becomes public and can be indexed by search engines. You can unpublish it at any time.
Retention and deletion
Your photos, messages and scenes are stored as long as the project exists. When you delete a project, they are deleted with it. To delete your account and all related data, or anything else we hold about you, write to support@3droom.shop and we will do it. Copies in routine backups disappear as the backups rotate.
Security
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, forms are protected against forgery, and access to stored data is limited to the people who need it to run the service. No system is perfectly secure, so we ask you not to upload documents or photos that show other people’s personal information.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete the data we hold about you. If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, these rights come from the GDPR, and you can also complain to your local data protection authority. Scenes can be exported as JSON on the Pro plan.
Children
3DRoom is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of the page and, where we can, tell account holders by e-mail.
