Loft × Eco × Japandi
About this design
This is the author’s own blend: loft, eco and Japandi in one living room. The walls are raw concrete in a warm grey, with one brick accent wall on the left for the loft side, and black metal appears on the radiator and the furniture legs. A front of flush walnut-tone slats on the end wall hides the wardrobe, and a walnut desk and TV console bring Japandi calm and warmth. The sofa is a camel-coloured piece with cream and charcoal cushions, a crate-style coffee table adds an industrial note, and Edison bulbs plus a floor lamp provide all the light, since there is no cove strip. The palette is warm white, walnut, black metal and brick red, with plants softening the hard edges. The existing parquet stays open and bare, with no rug in the main layout, so the floor does the decorative work. This design is not built from a fixed shopping list. It is a living, personal mix, and the best way to use it is as a starting point for your own blend of styles.
Layouts
Layout scheme A
Scheme A: sofa on the left wall, TV on the right wall, desk by the window, floor-to-ceiling wardrobe on the end wall. In this mix the sofa and the TV console face each other across an open middle, and the wardrobe is a flush slatted front across the end wall.
Each style uses one of four proven layouts. The plans are schematic; the window is at the top, the entrance door on the right, the wardrobe at the bottom.

Best for
Anyone who wants to mix styles rather than follow one rulebook. It is a good starting point when you like concrete and brick but also want the warmth of wood and plants.
Tips
Choose one dominant material (here concrete), one warm material (walnut) and one accent (black metal), and repeat each three times. Let the brick wall be the single bold surface. Test paint and finishes on the real wall because concrete looks different in every light. Use this design as a base and ask the designer to adjust any element.
FAQ
Questions about the Loft × Eco × Japandi design
Why does this style have no shopping list?
It is the author’s own concept, built from the Loft, Biophilic and Japandi kits, and no specific products have been chosen for it yet. The table shows the item types with approximate sizes; you can ask the designer to match each one with real models.
What is the difference between this and Loft?
Loft is darker, with leather, steel and rough boards. This mix keeps the concrete and brick but warms them with walnut, plants and a lighter wardrobe front.
Where does the light come from?
There is no cove strip. The light comes from Edison bulbs and a floor lamp, plus daylight from the balcony door and the window.
